WELCOME

Saturday, June 22 

9:00-9:30 AM

Black Miners Bar

When you enter Black Miners Bar you'll have to go through the parking attendant. All you need to do is let them know that you are at Group Camp A and they will give you a parking pass that's good for the whole weekend.

You'll follow the map on your invitation and signs to the campsite. You'll be greeted by some of our family members who will point you in the right direction. 

Pull up your camping chair and park it next to one of the markers. Chat and reconnect with friends until the music starts. 

Attire: Whatever you feel most comfortable in (hiking shorts, swim trunks, etc.). We will be outside at a campsite and you're more than welcome to bring your kayak or bike to enjoy the scenery.

The Ceremony

9:30-10:00 AM

Black Miners Bar Group Campsite B

Look at us with loving eyes as we, awkwardly, as make our way down the aisle. 

Food and Games

10:00-1:00 PM

Black Miners Bar Group Campsite A

After the ceremony you'll be directed to the game area where you can play all sorts of lawn games, take pictures, etc. 

Once the food is set up you'll come on back, grab some grub, and watch us embarrass ourselves playing those awkward couple games.

Fun in the Sun

1:00-2:00 PM

Black Miners Bar Group Campsite A&B

Go, be free, be wild. 

Play with the yard games, hang out with us, or you can go explore the lovely area. 

Just, don't leave without saying goodbye!
